Why MY SKIN is the Best Part of Me

I like my skin because it is soft. I like how it shows bumps, bruises, and scars. I especially like the scar from my junior year in high school. It’ s a set actually—one on my left elbow and one on each knee. I guess I was born with both a blessing and a curse. My skin is dry so when I was younger I never got zits, but I have to use lots of moisturizers to keep it soft. But most of all I like skin because it changes. In the summer it gets nice and tan. Then in the winter it gets lighter. When I get old and gray, I hope I get lots of wrinkles from smiling, laughing, and living a full life.
