emeril’s crème brûlée

if you ever go to emeril’s atlanta, make sure that you get the bourbon vanilla bean crème brûlée for dessert. it is 1 of the best—if not the absolute best—crème brûlée i have ever had. it is the epitome of crème brûlée: thick and creamy custard with a hint of vanilla and perfectly caramelized sugar on top. yum. so tasty.
