boo-yah, o’hare

in 2005, hartsfield-jackson atlanta international airport had 980,197 takeoffs and landings, making it the country’s busiest airport. it had nearly 8,000 more takeoffs and landings than o’hare, the nation’s 2nd busiest airport. also, hartsfield is considered to be the busiest airport in the world, serving more than 6 million passengers each month. one definite advantage to living in atlanta i that i can fly practically anywhere without having a layover; even my 15-hour flight to japan was direct.
