This is definitely the BEST fudge ever! Puts regular fudge to shame. I’ve taken it to all my parties and get-togethers and it’s always a hit!

Ingredients

1 12-oz bag of chocolate chips
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 6-oz. package of Craisins
1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Mini marshmallows (optional)

Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with plastic wrap.

  2. Melt chips and Karo Syrup over lowest heat.

  3. Stir in: Powdered sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla.

  4. Stir vigorously until mixture is thick and glossy.

  5. Stir in Craisins and nuts.

  6. Evenly pour into prepared pan.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or about 8 hrs.

  8. Lift out of pan, cut, and store in fridge.

  9. Note: Mini marshmallows may be added for a rocky road type taste.
